Overview: Drilling company seeking Accounts Payable Clerk. We serve the oilfield, commercial & renewable energy industries, providing full-service drilling.
Desired Qualifications: The Accounts Payable Clerk candidate must have 1 years of relevant accounting & administrative experience. Experience in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Enter & process all vendor bills into Bill.com.
- Track & process any other payments made by the company.
- Issue & track all purchase orders.
- Office reception duties.
- Ability to communicate regularly & effectively with vendors and ensuring timely payments.
- Must be self-starter, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Ability to operate and manage time independently.
- Other duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
